Ms. Miner joined the professional staff of Dunlap & Associates, Inc. in 1996.  She brings with her over 21 years of experience in the municipal finance field.  Prior to joining Dunlap & Associates, Inc., Ms. Miner worked for a financial advisory and underwriting firm and also previously worked with a regional financial advisory and investment banking firm.

Ms. Miner?s public finance experience dates back to 1985 and includes general obligation, revenue, CRA, certificates of participation, bank loans and private placements.  Ms. Miner has experience preparing and reviewing disclosure documents pertaining to bond transactions, working with insurance companies and rating agencies and provides quantitative analytical support.  In addition, she has assisted clients in the evaluation of bank loan proposals and the selection process for various services such as paying agent/registrar, official statement printers and other services necessary to complete a financing.
